Poultry Seasoning Southern Blend is a sage-forward dry rub tuned for Southern chicken, turkey, and dressing. The 5.5 oz size fits weeknight cooks and the November turkey without taking over the spice cabinet. One container replaces the sage, thyme, marjoram, pepper, and garlic powder you'd otherwise measure separately.

How to Use

Rub 1 tablespoon per pound of poultry under and over the skin with butter or oil. For fried chicken, season both the buttermilk brine and the dredge flour — about 2 teaspoons per cup. For dressing or stuffing, stir 1 tablespoon into the bread cubes before the stock goes in. Sprinkle directly onto biscuits, gravy, or roasted potatoes.
