Badia Butter Steak Seasoning

A steakhouse-style seasoning built around the flavor of seared butter — savory, rich, and rounded with garlic, onion, and pepper. Designed to give grilled and pan-cooked steaks the deep, basted character of a butter-finished cut without the extra step.

How to Use

Pat the steak dry. Season generously on both sides 30 to 40 minutes before cooking, or right before the pan hits if you're short on time. Grill over high heat, or sear in a hot cast-iron skillet with a touch of oil. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Beyond Steak

Rub onto burgers and meatloaf. Sprinkle over roasted potatoes, mushrooms, or asparagus. Stir into compound butter for finishing grilled corn or steak sandwiches. Dust onto popcorn for a steakhouse snack.

Pairs With

Ribeye, NY strip, filet, skirt, and flank. Thick-cut pork chops. Portobello caps for a meatless version. Cast-iron potatoes and grilled onions on the side.

Kitchen Note

For the full steakhouse effect, finish the cooked steak with a pat of real butter and a final pinch of the blend off the heat — the residual warmth blooms the seasoning into the meat.
